Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are complimentary unless otherwise stated. Since no payment is required, no refund applies.

Consulting & Strategy Services

Our consulting engagements, strategy sessions, workshops, and advisory services are tailored specifically to each client.

Once work has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable, as time, expertise, and resources have already been allocated to your project.

Implementation Projects

For implementation projects, payments cover work completed during each stage of the engagement.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once work has started, fees for completed work remain non-refundable.

Subscription or Retainer Services

If you engage RysngMedia on a recurring monthly retainer, cancellations apply to future billing periods only. Payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Exceptions

We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients. If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope due to circumstances within our reasonable control, we will work with you in good faith to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include additional work, service credits, partial refunds, or another mutually agreed outcome.

Chargebacks

If you have concerns about your engagement, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue together. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter may delay future services while the dispute is reviewed.
